What we collect
- Account details: your email address and how you sign in (email link or Google).
- Business details you give us for your registration: legal name, brand name, entity type, the last four digits of your EIN (never the full number), address, website, how you collect consent, and example messages.
- Progress you report, such as when you submitted and whether carriers approved or denied your campaign.
- Payment records from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to write your registration answers, check your public website pages, track your progress, review denials, and email you about your registrations. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
What we don't do
We don't file registrations, and we never ask for your messaging provider login or API keys. Carriers and registries make approval decisions; we never receive their decisions directly. Statuses in your account are what you report to us.
Mobile numbers and SMS
We don't send you text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, data storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI drafting of your answers), and an email provider to run the service. They process data only on our behalf.
